Detailed Explanation: This
is the rule of multiplication of any two digit number by another two digit number.
For example, when we multiply
36 by 27; we first multiply 6 by 7, we get 42, so 2 is written and 4 is carry over.
Next we multiply 3 by 7,
which is 21 and then 6 by 2, which is 12. We add 21, 12 and 4 (carry over), we get
37. 7 is written and 3 is carry over.
Lastly, we multiply 3 by
2, which is 6 and add 6 and 3, which is 9. So, 972 is the answer.
It is not possible to apply for the 2nd one.
