Basic Calculation: 12



Explanation: The rule is valid only for a pair of two digit numbers having a two digit number and another number should by obtained by interchanging the original number. That is, 34 and 43; 47 and 74; 97 and 79; 68 and 86 etc.

We always multiply the sum of the digits by 11.
